New customer orders must be prepaid. Customers that have established a payment history with and have supplied credit references may be approved for net 30 day payment terms.

A free shipping option is available for orders within USA only. Special shipping needs to be paid by customer.

Claims for damaged goods or short shipments must be made within ten days of receipt. Claims on defective goods including misprints or missing pages must be made within 90 days of invoice date. You will be credited with return postage on defective merchandise.
